I used to be one of those people who set New Years’ resolutions and by about February my resolution’s had been forgotten and I’d slipped into my usual routine.

But, a few years ago I decided to set regular goals and targets; sort of like mini resolutions that I review each quarter. This year my resolution is to review my mini resolutions on the first of every month.

If you set New Month Resolutions instead of New Year’s Resolutions, I think you’ll be a lot more productive. It is very easy to stick to a resolution if you only have to do it for a month.
