The people who touch our lives
Posted on Jan 4, 2009 in Pondering | 0 commentsJust after Christmas 08, we received the news that Colin had lost his battle with cancer. I didn’t spend long with Colin, but some people have the knack of touching our lives in simple ways.
I spent three days and nights camping with Colin and 17 other blokes on a manhood long weekend in 2007. It was a great time for Colin as his three sons were there as well. Together we built a small ‘log cabin’, talked around the campfire and just lived, as life was meant to be lived.
He was a lovely guy, who be well missed. My best wishes to Sharon and his family.
