I hate it when that happens. I was doing my 10km jog this morning and I started to get shin splint pain in my left shin so I slowed to a swift walk for a while.

Next, I started to experiment with my running style. It seemed obvious that I was jaring a little too much. I know it can’t be my shoes because they aren’t that old.

Anyway, a new day and I have a few meetings today so I better get on with it.
