Life is a juggling act; how well you juggle your roles and responsibilities and how well you manage the emotional pushing and shoving of daily life will determine how happily you live your life.
The longer you wait to take control of your life, your career or your relationships, the more difficult events will become. If you feel that you are lacking purpose or direction, the best time to take action is today.
I am passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance and encouraging the same in others.
I’m told that it’s my imperfections and my genuine love of people that make me a great life coach. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t; but I think the most important aspect I bring to the mix is that once I’ve made my mind up to do something, I can be relied on to stick with it, and that applies to sticking with my clients through thick and thin.
When I was a kid, I decided I was going to complete the annual Sydney City to Surf fun run for 50 years in a row. I’m not there yet but I have done them all since 1971, and of course I’m determined that the only thing that will stop me will be something out of my control.

Who am I? What do I want? How can I take control of my life and my career?
You should consider a life coach if you find yourself:
- Lacking clarity, support or direction;
- Feeling overwhelmed and needing some balance;
- Lacking in motivation either in your personal or professional life;
- Wanting to take the next step in your career or relationship;
- Finding it hard to set and reach your own goals; or
- Wanting someone to chat to who has only your agenda and best interests at heart and whom you know will ‘give it to you straight’.
About Business Coaching
When most people hear the term ‘business coaching,’ they generally think it refers to financial planning, management and perhaps marketing. Whilst I give considerations to these activities, my focus is on the people.
No matter what business you are in, at the end of the day, it is a ‘people business’. It is always the owners and the staff who are responsible for every outcome, positive and negative. It doesn’t matter how much effort you put into financial planning and management if the people in the business aren’t operating as a cohesive team.
I specialise in getting the best from people. To find out more about this, see my business site, Life7.com.au
Am I the right life coach for you?
It is imperative that you feel an affinity with your coach, which means that the only way to choose a coach, is to spend a little time with them before you make a decision.
So, the only way you’ll find out if I’m the right coach for you, is to get in touch and let’s make time for a chat. If nothing else, you’ll get a better understanding about whether coaching will benefit you.
