In 2009 I shared my City2Surf training routine by putting my training program online as a Google Calendar and then doing a video blog about my thoughts and my progress as the event grew closer.

I called this program ‘Lifting Your Game’ because I wrote it for someone like me, a casual jogger who tends to do a little bit more in the lead up to this annual event.

In 2009 I posted video updates of my progress with training tips, then in 2010 I updated some of the information with more detail and now I’ve decided just to put it all in an eBook with an accompanying iCal file that you can download and import into your computer or phone’s calendar.
