Because I’m doing the Global Corporate Challenge as well as training for the City to Surf, although it is a rest day in my City2Surf training program, I still need to walk 10,000 steps a day. So I decided to take a walk up the hill near home. Then because it is so steep, before long I was jogging down! So much for a rest day!
